It took me ten years of hard work but I was finally able to build the dream house that i have always wanted for my family. My wife and my kids are just plain overjoyed with the way that I created up our place. Every small detail of it was planned and meticulously researched. There was no part of it that did not stem from the likes of my family. From the way that my wife loves the color green to the vivid imaginations of my two little children everything there was created with them in mind. I was the one who made the overall design of the place and I was the one who took charge of its construction, that is why I know every nook and cranny of the building.
When it came down to the furniture that we will be using in it, I took charge of that as well. Before I bought anything I made sure that I have a clear idea of what it was that we needed for the furnishings and what are the stuff that we wanted for the decoration. From that list we came up with a clear idea of the things that we need to buy. Now while most of the stuff that we will be using in our new house are brand new as well, we will be retaining few pieces of furniture that we have used before in the apartments where we have stayed in.Foremost in that list of furniture that we will be retaining is our lift top coffee table.
The lift top coffee table or lift top cocktail table is a special kind of furniture that has a storage space inside of it that can be revealed by lifting it up. While our table looks like an antique piece and goes very well with classical looking furniture it is very functional at the same time with its storage space allowing us to keep a lot of things handy when we need them. People find that table of ours to be very interesting and they always ask where we got them. That is why I decided to keep it and use it on our new home since its very useful. My wife and the kids couldn’t agree with me more on that point, since they love that furniture as much as I do and they want to keep on using it like me.
