Signs of a cheating spouse
1. Lack of intimate moments - This is a sign that could mean your spouse is having an affair, but more importantly it’s a sign that your relationship/marriage is weakening; whether or not you suspect your spouse is cheating, you should find a way to save your marriage. Either go straight to a marriage counselor, or set a compromise that each week you have to spend a day together doing something you both enjoy.
2. Late night trips/working overtime – A common excuse cheaters give is having to work extra hours. You could easily catch them cheating if you notice this sign by either installing a GPS on a car you own, or keeping a record of miles traveled per day. Another way is simply asking to see their paycheck every month; if it does not match up with their story of constantly “working overtime”, then they probably are lying.
3. Obsessed with the computer or their cell phones – Another typical sign of someone having an affair, they can’t stop using the internet, whether through cell phone or a computer/laptop. Emotional affairs often start out like this, especially if it’s a co-worker and they keep the conversations going passed work hours. You could try installing a keylogger on your computer/laptop, or simply turn on your browsers innate ability to track browsing history. For cell phones, you’ll need to get a hold of the phone bills and snoop through to find some unknown numbers.
If you are almost certain that your spouse is having an affair, try and play dumb; don’t give the cheater a reason to be more secretive. Also, never accuse a cheating spouse without anything rock solid to back up your claims, or you’re simply helping them cover their tracks, or giving them an easy excuse to leave the house; prove that the signs of cheating you found are actually facts, then start your confrontations.
